heard about fontcapture.com from my lovely friend (& website host) erica and decided to give it a try. first you download the template, print it, spend a few minutes writing your letters, scan the page, upload the file and then it’s turned into a .ttf file (truetype font) in less than a minute. YES! that easy! then you take that file and install it into your fonts folder.

i had to write my page up a few times because i didn’t follow the line guides and it kept cutting off the tops of a few lowercase letters.

4th time is a charm and here’s my font!

since it took me 5 minutes total to do this, i’m offering my font for FREE! all you have to do is comment with your email address and i’ll email you back with a link to the file!

    I had that before! I kept screwing up the first time too, because it caused all my letters to be too close together. Although it was my handwriting it really looked nothing like how I really wrote. LOL
